"Nice place to stay whether short or long term. Just be aware it's a service apartment and not a hotel so don't expect the same conveniences. Overall, a very pleasant place."
"This hotel is in a residential/light industry area, which resulted in people always being around, which made us well safe.
There are two very good hawker markets close by, with good, well priced fod."
"I enjoyed my stay there … my room was comfortable and the pools gym and buffet breakfast featured area of options from Singaporean dishes Asian and western dishes … "

"All staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. Room was beautifully and practically decorated. Great facilities. Loved the pool area. It was a brilliant stay."
"I had a great stay at this relatively new building of serviced apartments. Quincy House is ideally situated in Holland Village which has many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants of good quality. "
"Expect high prices for a small cramped room. But that’s what you get in Singapore for that kind of money. You have just enough space to walk to the other side of the bed. The bathroom has a separate shower so once you shower the entire floor gets wet. The main negative point for us is the super slow Wifi which is hardly usable!! On the positive side, you get coffee/tea making facilities, hair dryer, a super cold fridge, TV and even an iron/ironing board. No small hand towel provided but you can ask for one. No drinking water is supplied, you’re expected to keep cool boiled water in the jug provided. If you’re not used to that, you can easily buy water from the several stores just around the corner. There are also lots of local eateries nearby catering mainly to the many students from the nearby university. We stayed here mainly due to the proximity to the university. There is a small bus station where you can take certain buses and also a bus stop nearby where you can take buses to the nearby shopping centre and also into the main city centre. That is however quite far. The staff are quite responsive and will try to rectify any problems."
"Generally excellent stay - very spacious and has everything you want in an aparthotel (washing machine, kitchen). One thing we noticed about the staff that came to clean - she cleaned the bathroom and took the trash, and then without washing her hands, put new towels out! We asked her for new ones (she still didn't wash her hands) and then declined cleaning for the rest of the time we were there. "
