"The staff were accommodating as I was a day late but that is as far as I can say how good that was. It was old, not been updated in decades.My bathroom, it smelt of piss..oh no hot water in evening for shower. There was no chain or extra security. I had to slide a dresser over lol. Definitely do not stay here if you like the finer things in life! If I have been here more than a day, I would’ve moved hotels "

The elevators took a very long time and was always packed, to the point that we walked up 10 flights of stairs and it was faster. "Adorable lobby. Rooms are adequately sized but lack details. Bad design in bathrooms, few towels, prison style sinks, could do so much with little $$ cost but disappointing overall. Elevators were tricky working only half the times. But FANTASTIC location! Great NYC views and SUPER CUTE cafe adjacent to the lobby. Not a bad place for the price just not the greatest rooms. It’s NYC and an older building but small details were overlooked that could have made it 5 Star worthy!"

"Needs improvement on property. Missing elevator pad. Our room chair looked like from garage sale (Torn). Lights by bed 1 worked for light but could not plug in phone or devices to charge. Other lamp didn't work at all. Rug on our floor to elevator had tape holding rug down. Should have some kind of map of hotel. Not what I expected for a Sheraton."
