Luxury Hotel in a Quiet Area

Always stay at this hotel when visiting Jakarta for business. Its in a quiet area but only a short 30 minuet Grab ride to busy restaurant or sea front area. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable with great amenities. Breakfast is a vast buffet array with all types of food to choose from.

Excellent dining service!

I had a very comfortable stay with wonderful service from all the staff, especially Dwiki (the dining staff head) who was very friendly, helpful and professional. He made sure that I tasted all the wonderful Indonesian specialty dishes. His love and care for culturally rich and diverse Indonesian cuisines had made my stay a wonderful experience. Thank you very much to this dedicated staff.

Stayed with a friend for one night. Check in was fast and they accommodated our request for an early check in. The room is spacious enough for two of us, everything was great until we found out that the hand shower didn’t work, only the rain shower. Informed to the staff and they will look into it. Overall it’s a good experience, Will recommend it to friends.
