「The check in area was dirty, so we asked to check the room before checking in. The room was dirty, there were muddy boot prints on the carpet, beds slept in and people were hanging out in the parking area. We did not feel safe staying there so we said no to a different room and stayed at a different inn. I feel a refund is in order.」

「Well first dogs barking in the hall for about 5 minutes at 1am. Then there fire alarm was glitching and beeping at 645a. Then leaf blowers going blowing the snow. Made for a rough time sleeping. Staff was great though and very kind. Lady at the counter was from another hotel. Veey kind and helpful though.」

I arrived so late that I knew staff wouldn't be available to clean my room, so I resolved to shower and remove the dirty blanket. Sadly, when I entered the bathroom, it was worse than the room.
