The associate at check- in was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and the daily housekeeping was great. The dining room staff, however, did their job and not much more.They didn’t appear to love their job.

This property is locate in the heart of the beautiful Teton Village. Walkable to restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities. The staff were very friendly and nice. The room was clean but the hotel looked and felt old. One downside was that the restaurant inside the hotel closed early - it would have been great to be able to sit there and enjoy a glass of wine as the son went down as its location was great. The kids enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi which was a plus. Overall - great location and very close to Grand Teton National Park which is a must see when you visit Teton Village.

Overall great stay. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub is a big plus. The restaurant Wood Pine was delicious. Very accommodating to its guest. We certainly appreciated how Patrick and his staff took care of us. Wonderful service.

Love this property and we had the loft room this time. We have been here before but came back for ski-in-ski-out and the largest jacuzzi in Wyoming. :).

The property was just OK. None of the front desk were overly friendly- very basic customer service. Housekeeping service was great. Kept losing cold water and got scorched in the shower every couple minutes. The head of the sofa bed was lower than the foot of the bed which made sleeping more uncomfortable than a typical uncomfortable sofa.

There was a broken glass in the room which poked my feet. after that i was on edge with my kids running around the room. The next morning i saw a small bug crawling on the bed my kids slept The property should pay more attention to cleaning the room for the price we are paying
