"The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Great location. My only complaint is they charge a $35 per night resort fee. You can spend the resort fee at the hotel restaurants, but we were away from the hotel most of the time so it was just another cost. I wish they would ditch the fee. "

"The room is clean, but the outlets barely charged my devices. They kept falling out the outlet. The NEIGHBORHOOD!! OMG….. you are a block away from the projects! That’s where you need to pass to take a subway. Barely any counter space. The A/C was NOT working properly. The hotel tried to accommodate but wanted to put us in an even smaller room. No vending machine, no kitchen, no snack area. So come prepared to just sleep and leave. "

"Rooms are very clean, staff is very kind. Looks like you arrive in a big house with family that is waiting for you. Everybody are so kind and true. Rooms are very comfortable, AC works good and amenities are clean. We had a very good experience in this hotel. "
