「The hotel has buggies at the bust stop which is very good, my experience with the drivers of those buggies were a bit inconsistent some of them are very agitated and driving like it’s a video game while others showed excellent customer service. 「Everything about this hotel is perfect from price to location. Staff is very welcoming and quick check in and out. Close walk to Umrah door of haram and plenty of shopping and restaurants in between. Clean and comfortable and roomy rooms. Have water and tea and coffee in rooms and plenty of towels. 「Good hotel with a short drive to Haram ( Taxis take SAR 10-20 based on rush/demand). Can walk to Haram as well, but return of Haram is quite steep so could be challenging with family. Overall the hotel is clean, well maintained」
