"Very convenient, since it’s near the Asok BTS station and the Sukhumvit MRT station, and connected to the Terminal 21 mall with 2 food courts open from 10-10. The staff are all polite and the premises were cleanly, though our room had a bit of an odd smell. The smell cleared out pretty quickly once the staff came to help freshen up and open our window though"

"It was a great stay at Somerset! The staff were nice, the room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were great in the room and in common area. There was also free tuk tuk shuttle service. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Bangkok another time. "

"The staff was great, hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful inside. Great food at the Mexican restaurant in the hotel, best fish and shrimp tacos. Hotel is close to everything. My second time staying here and loved it. I will be back. "
