"The staff put the customer first. They are knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about Bangkok. The gym has it all, and is well maintained. The food is expertly prepared, inexpensive, and brilliantly presented. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, and their espresso machine uses real high-quality beans. The room has cooking facilities, a high-quality Japanese toilet, a bathtub, a desk,,and a comfortable bed. The room came with drinking water, and you can refill purified water in the gym. They also have a gorgeous pool, and a cafe downstairs that makes epic espresso. This hotel is outstanding, and its staff are exceptional. "

"Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and has fallen well below the standards we would expect. Our check-in initially seemed fine, however upon arriving at our allocated room in the building across the street, the issues began immediately. There was no staff present at the reception in that building, and when we exited the lift on the 7th floor we were met with an extremely strong and unpleasant damp smell which continued into our room. When the bellboy delivered our bags, we asked him if he could smell it as well. He acknowledged it and said he would inform housekeeping. Unfortunately, the smell was so severe that it immediately affected my breathing as I suffer from asthma. We inspected the air conditioning unit and found visible mold inside it, which we have taken photographs of. We then called reception to request a room change to the main building. After what felt like an unnecessarily difficult conversation, we were told we could move but not until approximately 4–5pm. We were informed that we would receive a WhatsApp message when the room was ready, however this message never came. We got into the room finally at 6pm. The new room was better but averagely clean and loud from the outside noise. Around 6pm the following day we received an apology which was appreciated but felt delayed and fell deaf as all other staff members seemed not to care at the time until we sent a complaint. Pros: wifi good, tv good, bed comfy, bathroom good "

"New, sparkling clean room. Bustling area surrounding the hotel, lots of shopping and food choices. Staff were superb. Definitely at the top of my Bangkok hotel list. Will be back."

"The room was nice, staffs were ok, unfortunately we both didn’t enjoy breakfast buffet as much. We felt like breakfast was kind of limited options. Coffee was good, juices are semi cold. We both agreed thats breakfast buffet at Centre Point on Soi Sukhumvit 10 were better than Thonglor, there was more options to should from. "
