"Staff helpful and polite, but very much aimed at Japanese tourist. Google translate is essential here. Rooms quite large and bed comfortable. Rooms very dated, water heater and room heating are clunky in terms of use. Onsen ok. If you going by public transport- get bus and get off at Ten-yu just a few mins walk. No obvious signs for hotel until you just outside reception "
