"Overall it’s a pleasant stay. Breakfast was super good and great variety. The room is a clean but a bit small. Only have enough space for one mid-size luggage to lie down and open. We got 2 luggages and need to take turn."

"The worst and most uncomfortable hotel I have ever stayed at in Japan. The carpets and curtains were extremely dirty, with visible mould on both the curtains and in the shower room. Considering the price of hotels in Japan, this hotel was not particularly cheap either, especially as breakfast was not included. I had the worst two nights of sleep during my stay here."

"Rooms and facilities were clean. Staff were very helpful with check in/out and various issues. Wish the hotel shuttle to the town/train station and back operated a bit more frequently. The hotel should promote it's gift shop (tucked away in a hidden corner) and other services (Yamato Transport)."
