「Had a lovely stay Very helpful staff and room beautifully clean. Very near to shop and not too far from town will stay again happily.」

「Rooms are old and have been lived. A lot of rust, broken furniture, bathrooms need a remodel. Hot water yes, very hot, cold water was hard to get as the shower was stuck on hot, almost burned myself. All in all heavily lived. Shops are close, free parking for up to 3 cars. Full kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer. But again heavily lived. Free WiFi. Beds are not that great. Good for a night or two maximum.」

「古式古香，民宿型旅館，近機場，步行一、二分鐘有巴士站。」

「Nothing stood out as good. I was initially in room 3. There was not even a coat hook. I had nowhere to hang my shirts. There was also no bedside lamp and no lightswitch within reach of the bed. The shower had no bracket so was not self supporting. When I complained about this they did relocate me to Room 2 which had a functioning shower and did have a hanging rail. 「Be aware, this is not a hotel, but rather a house located in a residential area with only three rooms. There is no breakfast, no swimming pool, and it is definitely not the so-called four-star hotel they claimed it to be. The three rooms share a single bathroom, and there are rules against showering and blow-drying your hair past 11 PM and before 7 AM. The rooms are small and dimly lit. Once you fall for their trap, there's no recourse, and the price is very high. I will never return.」

「Beautiful guest house, very clean, beautiful. Great service and free amenities. Staff helped to take luggages. We could enjoy the Netflix on very big smart TV. Will love to stay again」

「Very close to Heathrow Airport and incredibly affordable. However the price speaks for itself. The open plan kitchen was nice to cook food in. There was lots of signs of wear and tear throughout the property.」

「Comfortable and good sleep here.」

「設備，清潔，保安等，整體有代改善。」

「A bit dusty. Left a stuff but cannot get in touch with the host」

「Very well equipped, everything excellent quality. Food wonderful. All good.」

「The staff and host were very friendly and helpful. The location is about a 25 minute walk to the metro station. Excellent English breakfast. I highly recommend staying here.」

「Not anything close to what's advertised. Very poor. You get a room and shared amenities. Place can be noisy because of other guests in the house. We had no hot water on the last day.」
