The studios are small but there are large & attractive shared use spaces (gym, lounges with plenty of seating and spacious kitchens, meeting rooms, etc). Very clean! 「The entire Number 31 team was excellent and the hotel was beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights (we had to extend our stay by a night and were able to do so easily) and the nights we were there we had the most restful sleep. The breakfasts in the morning were something to look forward to, and the common spaces were beautiful and comfortable. And the staff went above and beyond to make our time in Dublin great. 「Centrally located ! For our first time in Dublin, we were close to all attractions and found this location ideal ! Everything was walking distance for us in the city. The hotel room was spacious and clean. Saturday night heard some music from the outside, but otherwise very quiet room. Dublin Express stop was 5 min walking from the hotel - which again so convenient to get to and from airport. Highly recommend property!!!」
