"Fabulous hotel, all staff were really helpful and friendly, it was impeccably clean, facilities were excellent. We went with our grandchildren and we all had an no amazing time. "
"The hotel is dated but the staff were friendly on arrival and during breakfast.
The room was clean, just dated. Bed a bit soft but difficult to please everyone.
Great location and a short walk to the beach.
Breakfast was adequate and the lady who served us was super helpful as we had a young child with us. "

"Spacious room with tv and tea/coffee facilities. Plentiful supply of tea etc.
Bathroom also of a good size but shower was a bit lacklustre.
Ideally placed for visiting the Museum of the Royal Navy which includes HMS Victory and The Mary Rose. Also near the Gunwharf Quays area with shops, restaurants and the Spinaker Tower. "
"The staff were lovely, it was so easy to get to from the train station. The room was small but sufficient for an overnight stay. The breakfast was good value for money. It was clean and fresh and a nice choice of food. My sister’s and myself there was 6 of us all complemented the food and cleanliness. "
"Staff are very welcoming and will help as much as they can, to make sure your stay is good, the rooms are clean and fresh, the bar and dining areas are clean, and the pool table is a great added extra to this B&B.
Like most old buildings there is always something that needs doing, if you look for it, but overall the property is in good character.
We stayed for 1 night for a business trip, but would stay for more nights as the feeling of the place is very good, and this is down to the staff, Peter is a excellent host and will do his best to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and Michael is very pleasant and will help you just as much, we can not comment on all the staff as we only meet 1 more staff member that served our breakfast (sorry cant remember her name) but was very pleasent and helped when needed."
