Hotel in total was very positive experience. You really get something for your money. Spa and gym very nice,breakfast excellent,service too. Next to the hotel a big mall.

new and clean hotel.

opposite customers clearing area for goods so you have hundreds of trucks parked up overnight waiting to get into the customs yard. hotel must be close to a hospital as many injured walk through the hotel on crutches and sticks. pre booked airport pick up due to my very early morning arrival (1am) and didn't want the hassle with taxi. Expedia mention that shuttle from airport is Euro35 but hotel insisted on charging Euro70.

Too high temperature in the rooms

Excellent hotel with good service but 27°C in the room and no possible to use air conditioning because in winter time , there is no possibility to use the cooling function. No possibility to open the window because of heavy rain and otherwise it's noisy. So excellent hotel but it's a pity that there is no air conditioning available in the room. possibility
