I booked this room for my gf who was transitioning from an Odessa bus to airport flight the next day. Her comment was a good room, good shuttle to airport, but disappointing breakfast. Based on this will probably not stay again.

A typical airport hotel, with a few failings
A stay for a conference on site. Room had coffee machine, but no coffee pods, two spacious wardrobes, but no hangers. Otherwise good standard of room. Disappointing but cheap buffet for evening meal. Area outside is a mess, a tangle of interchanges the taxis struggle to find way into hotel. Shopping centre and food about a mile away but would not want to try to walk there. There is a free shuttle service to the hotel and back, although not very often. Booking a car from the airport for the 5-10 minute journey cost the same as the price to the centre of Istanbul, 40 mins away.

They abused of my credit card - night paid 2 times
They charged my night for two times on my credit card and are not refunding me back. I am waiting for the refund for 3 months. Over phone, they confirm they will do the transaction. Over email, no responses are received. The hotel has good conditions / cleaning but the service is really poor. I booked and paid the room through an agency. I gave my credit card details only for security deposit and they charged the night once more. The most ridiculous is they are delaying the refund. My advise is keep track of your credit card transactions.

Bad Experience!
Please do your self a favor and don't book at this hotel what so ever. They control the temperature of your room centrally to save some energy. so the temperature was fixed at 27 C, and couldn't amend the same! I complained million times with no hope!! I also asked to meet the manager in Duty also with no hope (all false promises). Gym closes early, breakfast is poor, and the service was below expectations!

Great hotel near airport.
Only stayed one night to be in close proximity to the airport. From the minimal experience i had, this hotel was very nice. A true 5 star hotel.

Perfect
I arrived a bit late to Hotel, I didn't catch the Hotel free shuttle, so I was pushed to hire taxi from the airport which was too expensive but the welcoming at the reception dispelled all tiredness!, The room is very cozy and warm enough equipped with needed facilities. There are many and uncounted diversity of entertainments, spa, gym, Turkish hamam, sauna, body massage and etc

Nice hotel very close the Istanbul Ataturk Airport
Due to our very early flight we selected this hotel which was only 3 km away from the international flights terminal. Hotel is recently built and it has very comfortable rooms. There is not much to mention about the neighborhood and it was kind of difficult to find the way to the hotel. Surrounding roads are still under construction. We would definitely book again in this hotel and hope to stay a bit longer.

Un bon hôtel pour se reposer, relaxer, travailler
Les plus: Grandes chambres, propres dans l'ensemble, grande et fonctionnelle SdB avec tout le nécessaire, calme. Les grandes baies vitrées en guise de parois extérieures peuvent dérouter, mais la vue est imprenable (pas forcément pittoresque par contre). Un centre SPA avec piscine et sauna (inclus dans le prix), les massages sont optionnels. Une salle de sport très grande et correctement équipée, ça change des hôtels européens ou français qui sont mesquins sur le sujet et général. Le petit déjeuner buffet est inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Le diner buffet pour environ 18 euros est très riche, très bon, frais et varié, à tester absolument. Le personnel est efficace, rapide et souriant, à souligner. Les moins: un énorme hôtel peut dérouter. Il se trouve à 40 km de l'aéroport international IST, ce qui nécessite environ une heure de transport. Le petit déjeuner est quelconque. Le mobilier des chambres est à rénover. Correspond à un 4 étoiles max européen.

Bence iş toplantısı vb kısa konaklamalar için ideal otel olarak düşünülebilir.herşeyiyle mükemmel di.belki fiat biraz daha makul olabilir.geceliği oda kahvaltı 105 € kur dikkate alındığında güncelleme yapılması uygun olur diye düşünüyorum. Onun dışında 10 üzerinden 10 Teşekkürler....

Değerli Misafirimiz, 31.12.2017 gecesi kongre merkezimizde gerçekleşen Hande Yener Yılbaşı Organizasyonu için balo salonumuz '' Orangeema Event'' isimli organizasyon şirketine kiraya verilmiştir. Bilet satışı, salon oturma düzeni, yiyecek-içecek ve personel temini gibi konular ile otel yönetimimizin herhangi bir sorumluluğu bulunmamaktadır. Otelmizinde yaşamış olduğu mağduriyet ile ilgili, salonumuzu kiraya verdiğimizi ve yaşanan organizasyon eksikliği ile ilgili sorumluluğumuzun olmadığını gösteren kira sözleşmesi ve tutanaklar ile şikayette bulunulmuştur, adli süreç devam etmektedir. فندق رائع وفخم
فندق رائع وراقي وفخم والغرفة واسعه ورائعة ونظافه وفخامة الردهة كبيره والسعر جميل ومعقول وقريب من ستي اوتيلت وقريب من خدمات ومطاعم وموقعه جيد وقريب من مطار ومن اوف مول وفورم مول ومرمره مول استمتعت بالإقامة فقط شي واحد يعيب الفندق وهو مستوي الافطار البوفيه ليس مستوي فندق خمس نجوم وخيارات قليله جدا وغير لذيذه أرجو من اداره الفندق الاهتمام في الافطار افضل من ذلك حتي لا يؤثر علي جمال الفندق ولكن هذا العيب لن يمنعني من زياره الفندق مرة اخري لانه رائع لكن سوف احجز الغرفه دون افطار
