Failure to provide an invoice at checkout 3. Failure to provide an email invoice to date (more than a week since checkout) as agreed 4. Inconsistency - one receptionist said I could get Marriott points at checkout but the other staff said I couldn't when checking out」

「It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super...

「My only concern was that I was told I had breakfast was included but when the check out time came I was told that I owed ridiculous amount of money saying that I owed that. It’s hard to explain when someone says something then you realize it wasn’t that. I don’t know if they end up charging me because I was running late to the airport after going back and forth with the lady.」

「This hotel is in the heart of Besiktas making it close to the pier and shopping strip and few minutes away driving to Galata Port where the amazing Bosphorus...the hotel is extra clean offer variety of food in the open buffet breakfast....staff and management are extra helpful and professional...extremely attending to customers. Really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it」

「The hotel was located close enough to Ortaköy, with a short walk of around 8 minutes away. The return journey was slightly longer due to steep heels but okay if you don’t want to skip leg day. The room was clean and tidy, with shampoo and body wash provided as well as complimentary water. The TV fitted in the room also at Netflix which was useful, enabling you to keep up to date with the latest series, etc.」
