「This was a quick trip. The room is a studio apartment in a new apartment building. Note that NO parking options are provided so street parking is your only option. Fortunately, this apartment is on a fairly safe street.」

「My boyfriend & I stayed in the studio apartment w/king bed. The only negative thing is there was no blackout blinds, so it was difficult to sleep past sun rise. I reached out to customer service & they were very accommodating & moved us to the unit with a bedroom where the wall is blocking the windows. The rest of our stay was great. Very clean and felt safe in the building. 」

「Was a little concerned to stay here because I saw some bad reviews but I stayed at this property for 5 nights and as a young solo female traveler I felt completely safe here and would love to stay here again when I come back to Seattle! It’s a cute little property with everything I needed, the other guests were quiet and respectful as well. 「The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk. 」
