"Excellent hotel in prime location for St Marks Square. Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast mainly continental style with scrambled eggs and bacon available. Room was very clean and serviced daily. Air con worked well and was needed. One lift services all floors. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit the main sights."

"The room that was advertised wasn't the room they gave me. It was very small and my luggage could barely fit. The room was very cold. I asked for heat and was told that they only have heat in September and October. It was 50 degrees and rainy. The breakfast was good. However, I don't plan staying at this hotel again."
