「Great place to stay for our last night in sicily. Close to the airport train and airport and with the village of Carini walkable to explore. The host was super helpful meeting us and letting us store our bags for the day. Would stay there again」

「Breakfast was worth skipping : coffee served cold as were scrabbled eggs. By 30 minutes after breakfast hour began, virtually no food left to be eaten.」

「Great bed & breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms with good air conditioning. Really friendly host, who checked us in and was very responsive to arrival time and logistics. Lovely breakfast provided too. Worked well for a one night stay after a later arriving flight. 」

Prima di partire, ho inviato un messaggio in cui segnalavo molto educatamente alcuni problemi, quali il fatto che non ci fossero mai state cambiate le salviette (hanno riappeso quelle che avevo lasciato a terra) e che l'ultimo giorno la stanza non era stata fatta. Il proprietario ha reagito in modo aggressivo e fuori controllo: mi ha chiamato più volte urlando, insultandomi e dandomi del “coniglio”, oltre a termini che preferisco non riportare,...

「Materassi vecchi; piatto doccia usurato che sembra sporchissimo da quanto è nero... La cosa peggiore è stata dover sopportare l'assenza di acqua per un giorno e mezzo . Per poter fare il check out in oraria abbiamo lavato la faccia con le bottigliette. Oltre il danno la beffa: ci hanno negato il rimborso parziale! 」
