The hotel is reasonably priced, located in the historic district, and spotlessly clean! The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our three-day stay.

Very comfortable stay, staff was nice and friendly. Room was quite clean and big enough for a couple. The balcony was a nice addition. A little street noise but not an issue for us at all. Convenient location for bus transportation to airport, about 15 minutes to Quattro Canti and another 10 for the Duomo. A little far to walk to the central train station but doable without luggage.

Really good location, clean and spacious room (felt like an appartment as we had a kitchenette) and excellent communication and check-in with host/staff. We were surpriced how quiet the room was due to the central location. Would visit again.

The best part about this BnB was leaving the place. This is not a hotel, although they try to make it seem like one. It’s an apartment converted into 4 or 5 rooms with bathrooms. Looks like every apartment in the building is similarly converted into BnBs. The added sofa bed was super uncomfortable. We had a courtyard-side room, so quiet but with a view of other people’s bathroom windows. The bathroom is small with no hooks to hang towels. A/c was working, which was fantastic. The staff was super helpful.

This is the perfect place for a one-night stay if you’re catching an early flight the next morning. It’s convenient for the airport, but not really a destination for sightseeing or an extended stay.

This is a GREAT location in Palermo, 100%. Michele (Michael) was terrific, even helped out with a one-night parking situation. The room is solid, AC works great, and while there were a series of minor issues with a few mechanics in the room, all in all, absolutely recommend.

The bathroom sink was leaking during our stay and the mattress was terrible. The rooms are not soundproof as listed in the lodging description which disrupted our sleep with other guests’ movements and conversations throughout the night.

Really nice room. Clean, modern, felt comfortable. Great location too - just a stones throw away from the Main Street where all the restaurants and bars open at night. Overall a brilliant stay and great value for money. My recommendations for improvements would be: needs a full length mirror in bedroom (the only one was in bathroom), fridge wasn’t cold at all, fridge should be stocked (even if we have to pay to take items) - we only had 2 bottles of water put in for entire stay and the balcony fence grass was slightly coming off (not a big deal!).

Really lovely and a very good location. We set up Easy Park App to pay for parking, the room was large and clean, the breakfast included was wonderful and Evan was a stellar host. Their restaurant for dinner , Historico, was delicious. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Ansonsten sehr zentral gelegen.
