「Staff was excellent and helpful. The room was solid however most of the wall plug-ins would not hold charging ports and would just fall out.」

「The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.」

「The bathrooms were very nice and up-to-date. The carpet was disgusting and there were bad smells especially in the hallways. The breakfast was nice.」

「Can’t make any adjustments on my reservation and breakfast was marginal」

「The breakfast was horrible, the doors seem to have a problem with not shutting all the way properly ex: huge gaps between the frame and door, this to include the bathroom. No exterior lights available to go out to the pool area, it was very dark. The lobby was in conjunction to the “dining area” which was so small the was no where to sit for breakfast and yet there is a sign that says that you can not take breakfast to your room you have to eat in the “dining room “ AND the one elevator is so...

「The was not a good breakfast, the fruit was old and soft. They didn't have many selections. The elevator didn't work properly and the microwave in my room door kept getting stuck. I had to unplug it to open the door」

「Because the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are new and the hygiene is good, but it is not equipped with drinking water and coffee machines, and there are no microwave ovens and other basic facilities. The breakfast is also very simple, with little food and poor taste, which is lacking as a three-star hotel.」

「Friendly staff」

「全部一切都很棒，空間很好，早餐很棒，人員都很親切。」
