"The room was very clean and had been recently painted - this was obvious due to the paint splashes on the floor and net curtains. It is also single glazing so even on the 11th floor outside noises can be heard. There is also no international power points or USB ports in the room but the staff were very helpful in getting an adapter for the room. The location is in a residential area so grab / taxi is needed to get to Ipoh’s points of interest. "

"The room is clean and their staff were very helpful, e.g find a room near to lift lobby when they found out my mum has mobility issues. Special mention to the malay male staff who is on morning shift during our stay."
