The room is clean and their staff were very helpful, e.g find a room near to lift lobby when they found out my mum has mobility issues. Special mention to the malay male staff who is on morning shift during our stay.

Reasonable short stay

The staff were courteous and welcoming. It's best to upgrade your stay as the lower price rooms have no window and are small. Overall not a bad hotel.

This hotel is horrible. The room smelled my sewer “P _ _ P”. I asked for another room but they said there were no other rooms available. The A/C did not work properly. The bed was like sleeping in a rock.

Nice and economic place to stay

The hotel is overall cozy and clean. Water is the only problem. When I tried to wash the fruit, I found the water was yellow. I mean, YELLOW. So I called the staff and told them about the situation. The staff was polite and said will have someone to come over and check the water. However nobody came. We ended up letting the water flow for about 1 hour (felt guilty to waste the water) and eventually it turned clean.

Nice and comfortable

The room is clean and seems very comfortable to stay and the importants is the hotel price is cheap! The staff were nice and offered a smile to us :) But since we forget to bring toothpaste and the hotel doesn't supply so we could only afford it at the shop near the hotel. And also the hotel only has one wall socket each of the room so ya.

Strategic location.

First of all, thanks to the staffs and they are responsive and friendly. Room is clean and bright, very comfortable, just a bit small. The bed is OK, but the pillow is rather too soft, personal preference anyway. The shower is not hot for the first day, it worked as normal only at the second day. One thing bad is, the aircon is very noisy. Very very noisy. All in all, a nice comfortable place to stay. Recommended to those who come ipoh for few nights.

Staff Friendly and Happy for the room

just few mins drive, you can have lovely local food in this area. We are really late check in, the staff was so nice and provided all my requested before booking. which is nice budget hotel for short stay, seem like better than Far East Bugis. Bathroom was acceptable size. Only worst with no windows. Will return again.

Great little hotel

It's near to family, and my old neighbourhood. Everything is familiar. The staff are particularly helpful and pleasant. The foyer is constantly being cleaned, and it is very neat and tidy. Great place to put your head down when visiting family!
