I liked the premium furnishing in the room. This hotel is manned by polite and pleasant reception staff. McDonalds is behind this hotel. I will stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

at the check in , 1. reception unable to find my booking . it take her a while to find it. only has one staff attending to one big grp check in Hotel room 1. House cleaning - checked in with room no towel n toilet roll. 2. Internet connection - not working at all despite inform the reception 3. Aircon started to leaked at 2nd night ( room 110)

There is no chair in the room. The ftont desk off from 10pm onwards need to ise room key to swip a small door to enter tbe property but the lift is not control by card,. Any person can walk in the property, there is no security guard or front task staff to control the entrance of the ptoperty after 10pm at night. The wifi is not secure and my credit card get fradulent used and mobile network signal is weak in the room too. With the price of closed to RM100/night there is a lot of other hotel available with higher security.
