「Tutto Perfetto!!!!!」

「Hotel was just ok. Wifi was not working and when we checked out no compensation was provided for this lack of amenity. We ate the resteraunt and the food was delicious but the service was very very slow and forgetful. We sat outside and maybe the staff just kept forgetting us and our requests. Our room had a dirty old unnecessary rug in it and the bathroom was awkward with random cheap furniture. A capsule shower was in the corner with lots of room for a better amenity. 「Very nice room in a quiet, beautiful part of the countryside. Friendly host. Lots of sweet dogs on the property. Many need a bath and a little medical care, in my opinion, but they were a joy to see whenever we came and went. The wifi did not work in our room at all. Dining in the area is limited, but we did find a nice place for pizza nearby.」

「Die Zimmer sind nicht mehr in einem guten Zistand. Es war mal ein sehr gutes Hotel jedoch ist das 20 Jahre her. Fast alle Zimmer haben Wasserschäden und schwarzen Schimmel an den Wänden. ( Gardine mal zur Seite schieben)」

「Giuseppe was very kind and attentive when he welcomed us. He showed us all the amenities of the resort and explained what the farm produces and all the products that come from it, which are 100% organic: olive oil, jams, honey, etc. It was fascinating!」

「The service was great. We parked at the parking lot recommended by the hotel, and there was a free shuttle that took us to the hotel. We stayed in a separate room, which had a bit of a damp smell. The room was about a 5-minute walk from the reception and the breakfast/spa area — it took a few time to remember the route. But getting lost in Matera is also a kind of romance.」
