This family-run hotel was a highlight of our trip. From the warm welcome and great room to the neat location and neighborhood to the wonderful suggestions for how to get places and where to eat, everything was delightful and I would definitely return to Hotel Golden if the fates send me back to Rome.

Our baggage got lost at the airport and I informed the front desk that they may be dropping off the luggage at some point in the day. We left to explore the town and came back several hours later and the front desk attendant was on the phone with the airport coordinating this with them. It’s something small, but it really made a big difference in our long trip. Wonderful place to stay.

Where to start? My stay at Hotel Golden was incredible. The location is amazing, easy to get to from Termini station and in the heart of Rome. Staff have been super helpful and friendly, accommodating a couple of requests that have made my day a lot easier. The room itself was perfectly clean, and complete with every comfort. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to my whole family!

We enjoyed our stay at hotel golden. The family was kind and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. Also a good location for getting to the must see places. It offers a safe and comfortable place to stay. Would have appreciated an electric pot for tea or coffee and a small refrigerator for cold drinks but it wouldn’t stop me from returning.
