"Excellent newly renovated property with excellent staff. Did not have breakfast there, but late bites for dinner and it was great. White Raven sky top bar has awesome service and amazing views. "

"I needed a shower not a tub… the pillows were terrible…the hotel was kind of outdated."

"I had a disappointing and somewhat unsafe experience during my stay. The shower floor was extremely slippery, which caused me to fall twice. I requested a shower mat from the front desk on two separate occasions, and each time I was told someone would bring it, but it never arrived. This lack of follow-through was frustrating and concerning, especially given the safety risk. On a more positive note, the breakfast was acceptable, but the options were limited and not very healthy. Overall, the lack of response from staff regarding a basic safety request significantly impacted my stay. I hope the hotel improves both its responsiveness and guest safety measures."
