"The staff was AMAZING! Danny helped with ALL the many questions we had about swimming with the Manatees. We ended up booking a private dive with Ross and Mark they were the ABSOLUTE best! They both are very knowledgeable and went out of their ways to make our experience incredible! "The building is very clean. The staff are very accommodating at any time of the day or evening. Everyone who works there greets you. Even with the kitchen being closed, there were a few things we needed and the staff had no problem getting the things we needed even with it being closed down. This is our second time staying there.
