「Really nice and clean property. The owners are really nice. We stayed 4 nights, it was really calm and we slept really well. The hotel is close to the city center, restaurants and supermarket. I definitely recommend The Coo’s Guest House! A lovely place. 」

「地點很好，在火車站對面的路走一段就到，飯店另一側面對河。當天訂面河景觀房間，但check in說沒有，飯店人員說不知道為何我們訂得到，有升等到二樓房，但沒感覺很好，房間有點味道，清潔度不好，浴室不通風，有味道，房間空間很小～早餐內容很簡單，6：30-9：30是用餐時間，不到9：30蛋就沒了，也不會補，水果感覺不新鮮、但房間內有冊子說是6：30-10：00。不像4星飯店～櫃檯人員白天的服務態度佳，晚上check in的那位普通～非不得已不會想再來住」

「Great hotel, in a central location in Inverness close to shops, restaurants and attractions. Our room was quiet and very comfortable so we got a great nights sleep. Air conditioning a bonus on one of the hottest days of the year. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, even on a gluten free diet I found plenty to eat safely. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to book again. 」

「很棒的區域，有很美麗的建築外觀與河景，但畢竟是老房子，暖氣設施應該更加強，這次的住宿差點把我冷死，不過最令我感到不舒服的是，房間地板有點傾斜，可能跟房子老舊有關吧！」

「Nothing wrong with it except that I was suppose to be booking a Best Western Hotel, but while it is indeed a Best Western, they put me in a another small house next to the main Best Western building. There are 4 rooms in the small house and is 30 seconds walk away. It does not feel like I am living in a Best Western hotel.」

「地點良好，周邊餐廳選擇多，但要注意只有經官網book致有free parking, 否則就要打電話去英國book 同prepay, 大概收10英鎊一晚。由於無receptionist, 若用唔到passcode 入門，就要打電話俾CS 求救，這是唯一要注意的。記得訂河景房，個view 真係好靚！」
