"This is an old 20 year old hotel. That has Marriott Bonvoy name. The bed creaks, the elevator is the slowest door closing almost like its a horror movie. In the evening the halls reak of Chicken Pot Pie or something of that ilk. It permeates through the hotel, people have kitchens. "

"Everything was good except the breakfast. We were there 3 days and there was no toast, or bagels or english muffins or sweet rolls or muffins. The waffle batter was not available at times. There were often not enough eggs. The coffee was good. No fruit."

"Problem from the get-go. I arrived at around 11:20pm (due to a delayed flight). The front desk clerk was not present for a few minutes. When he came out he told me my reservation was not available anymore since I was so late and that I received an email explaining that, which I didn’t. He had a very heavy accent so perhaps it was lost in translation but eventually he gave me my prepaid room. My room seemed like it was not properly cleaned and there was a big red carpet stain next to the couch that looked like blood. This is a dingy hotel and not at all as advertised so please ignore those reviews that say it is clean and renovated because it is not. The hallway carpets are dirty and torn, there are open doorways leading to cluttered storage rooms directly across from where they serve “breakfast” which was by far the worst hotel breakfast I have had. Got there at 7am just in time for cold egg molds and hash browns that had to put in the toaster to heat up. No protein (bacon or sausage). Old brown bananas. The back outside next to parking is either under construction or just never finished (seems to be the latter) and has crooked walkway and unsafe conditions. The only small plus is the gym is decent. I would never stay here again. I travel consistently for work and pleasure and use this hotel chain frequently, but now have this place crossed off my list as a stay away location! There are plenty of nearby hotels that are much better quality for the same price."

"Perfect suite for my daughter and me while she was receiving medical treatment. The staff was very helpful. Everything you would need. I took advantage of the laundry facilities and the gym. Daily breakfast had numerous options. Amazing amount of places to sit and hang out. We are back in August. I’m looking forward to using the pool while we’re there."

"Pretty run down for a Hyatt House. Not like other Hyatt Houses, the breakfast was terrible and super small. Teh rooms are worn out. This property definetly should not be called a Hyatt House. More like a older Best Western."
