"We booked this from the UK so were unsure what to expect. Cannot fault this property and the staff. We caught the train from Anchorage we were picked up and dropped off. Highly recommend."

"A comfortable hotel near to Denali. Pleasant staff, comfortable bed but like most Alaskan hotels pricey for what you get when compared to other areas. Breakfast included in Alaska takes on a different meaning (for most hotels ) …. I.e. packaged carbs and sugars akin to a kindergarten lunch pack, but at least this hotels Saran wrapped bowl of processed food included a hard boiled egg."

"We were a little disappointed in the building and some features. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a barbecue going on the afternoon when we arrived and it was rather chaotic. The coffee pot did not work in the room but was replaced when we went down to desk ( once to report and second to determine if a replacement was available/ coming). We had to ask for linen and did not get new bedding the 3days/4 nites we stayed ( maybe this is the norm now?). The breakfast was bland and did not change. We thought everything was relatively old and outdated, including rugs etc. the fridge was a good size but it had a layer of dust and handprints on it. I felt this was not representative of most Best Western plus hotels we've stayed at."
