「Very comfortable accommodation in a beautiful historic building well located in Haines. Jeff was very helpful in recommending what to see and where to eat.」

「The history surrounding this building is amazing (in WWII the Army used it as a Hospital!). Check in/out was easy, the beds were comfortable, the ceiling fan was appreciated (summer), and it was fairly quiet. My only request would be for them to stock Orange Pekoe tea (there were many other teas available). Highly recommend staying here!」

「Gorgeous property. Lovely rooms. They don’t offer room cleaning if you stay multiple days. So knowing where to take out the garbage or walking down to get toilet paper really didn’t march the hotel. It is a beautiful clean room. So nice. But having to get my own toilet paper and walk with towels down the hall doesn’t really match the appearance of the hotel because it is so nice. 」

「Bear in mind that you are in an old (territorial old) building. The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of amenities in the room and common areas to meet a travelers need. Slept like a baby. The shower wasnt (and by virtue of the age of the building, cant be) high pressure. Stay here for a comfortable, cozy, lodging experience that gives you a sense of life of historic Ketchikan. Would Stay again any time Im in Ketchikan」
