「We had a few issues with getting messages from the host forwarded on to us, but this was down to the listing sites not the host. Once we were in contact with Paul the host he was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was very helpful and informative. The caravan was fantastic. It was clean, well equipped and extremely well located. We will definitely be visiting again.」

「I’m not sure where to start with this. The hotel had a “reggae festival” on which wasn’t stated when booking the stay. Which means the car park (which is one of the perks of the hotel. Was inaccessible even to guests. The staff were too busy with this “festival” meaning the woman that was on the desk doesn’t usually work the desk so didn’t know what she was doing. 「Booked well in advance and opted to pay at property on arrival. Money was taken from my bank over 2 months before my stay. 1 day before arrival received a message to tell us the pub was shut but hotel was open. Immediately took away option to have a drink and food there. This was known by the property more than 1 day in advance and we should have been told sooner and given the option to cancel which we would have done.
