「I booked the hotel because they said the suite we booked had a kitchen, someone emailed me to confirm this and on the payment confirmation it states full kitchen. It did not have a kitchen. It had a fridge in the centre hallway and a double sink in the bathroom. Kettle on the living room and that's it. I had 2, 8 months old with me which made dinner times a struggle and sterilising bottles was awkward as the plug in the sink even when pushed allowed water to drain. The floor was very dirty and...

We couldn’t get in the door as the key lock wasn’t working so we rang the number and the spare key was under the plant pot by the front door. 「Overpriced outdated room badly in need of a revamp. No wifi, so like being in the 90's which is probably the last time the room was decorated.
