「Very tired looking..needs a make over .very noisy at night.」

「The Chadwick is in a great location and is nice, kitchen is not very well equiped there are lots of empty cupboards. There was tea and coffee but sugar had ran out. On arrival we opened all windows as the place had been heavily sprayed with air freshener which i cant stand and luckily none of us have asthma」

「The owner was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. There was a good choice of food for the continental breakfast. The hotel is ideally positioned and you reach the seafront after a five minute walk.」

The bathroom shower was not cleaned properly and had dried shampoo/ body wash on the inside of the shower walls and black silicone around parts of the shower tray. Easy things to resolve. 「Hotel room was lovely and clean- sofa bed was already set up for us. Staff were wonderful making sure everything was okay at all times, WhatsApp number posted onto the check in desk if we need anything but can’t find anyone. We were given the choice as to whether we wanted the room left alone, or tidied. Hotel is Close to the town centre- lovely walk to Skegness pleasure beach, as well as fairydell (highly recommend if you have children under 12!!) Would have liked it if the curtains were...

「Overpriced outdated room badly in need of a revamp. No wifi, so like being in the 90's which is probably the last time the room was decorated. We visited in late August sonot the warmestmonth and the room was very cold. However i can't fault the owners, very nice people who made our stay bearable. 」
