This is simple accommodation, a bit like staying over at a friend’s home, but very clean and the owner friendly and accommodating. Excellent value for the money. It was good for us as we were passing through. There was off street parking, and we walked over to a nice Italian restaurant just a few minutes away.

Great location, close to beach and town. Spotlessly clean. Nice touches including fan and fridge. Great full English breakfast. Can't comment on parking as plenty of one road parking so used that. Would stay again.

It was a spur of the moment booking, unplanned stopover in Skegness. Unbelievable value, very warm welcome from the smiley and friendly lady. The room was clean, spacious & comfortable.
