The rooms were clean and appeared recently refurbished. The bar was well stocked. Topical large pub atmosphere with bingo and karaoke. Does have large signs outside advertising food. Steak House Sunday carvery Good food available. Unfortunately there is no food of any description No Breakfast no lunches or evening meals. Not even bar snacks type food Nothing! Should not advertise as Hotel but Pub with good rooms above.

Firstly, i must say i am really impressed - for the price of such comfortable double bedroom, compared to other offers i saw around Chapel St Leonards. The staff were really helpful, engaging and made me have a good laugh. The karaoke bar, the snooker room, the friendly and accommodating environment, proximity to various amenities in the village, made my little getaway trip an iconic one. Only downside is the lack of response from the management when i contacted on the app before checking in.. Other than this, everything was superb. Thank you.

We stayed here for one night whilst visiting friends the room was very clean the shower was very powerful we had a very good night sleep wood stay here again

Can’t complain

Location great, literally a two minute walk to the beach, plenty to do. Room very clean, had a slight issue with noise the first night, but didn’t ruin our weekend away. Will stay here again.

Small room that had very strong smell of smoke Tiny shower. The balcony has certainly seen better days and not somewhere I would like to sit. Yes there is a see view but also a busy road so expect road noise. We stay here again

The hotel was spot on staff made you feel welcomed good size rooms the location is perfect plenty of parking two min walk to the beach…. The only down side is there was no catering as other guests found out and were disappointed as it’s such a good hotel bar and restaurant.. that’s the only down side with the vine hotel.. we would of enjoyed it more if they had more staff on with the catering

Being above a pub. Room spacious and clean. A little bit of noise from the entertainment but fine. All quite after 10. Staff very pleasant. Very close to all amenities. Parking on site.

The people on reception were helpful with the room heating. Ladies in the early morning helped me and my carer Lovely village chips hop just across the road. Food was tasty and I would have gone their everyday
