「Awful!! Save your money and don’t book here!! Very over rated! I booked 3 rooms for my family and I and all rooms had dirty and stained bed sheets. Asked to change them and it was still stained bed sheets. I’m not talking about small stains, it’s big noticeable stains! Also, in one of the room toilets, it was not properly flushed so someone else feces was still in there… our batheroom light was flickering non stop. Water pressure for the shower sucked Good thing about this place was the view...

「Pros: The staff were fantastic - the night security guard helped us find a taxi driver when we didn’t receive a response from the front desk, the restaurant was delicious, the balcony and views were beautiful, the room was clean upon arrival and the AC worked well Cons: The location is right by the highway and the walls are paper thin so any noise permeates the whole building. 「The breakfast was excellent, the room was very comfortable. Although not by the sea the view was lovely looking over Brighton Bay. The nearby beach (Brighton beach ) is a 10 minute walk through woodland or 25minutes along the road. There is a menu available for an evening meal - need to liaise with the owner.」
