「Lovely hotel and very helpful staff with a great view & 24 hours security. Stayed in the presidential suite which is in a different building to the main hotel with its own pool. I think space would benefit from a few additional amenities within apartment style rooms to make stay more comfortable, eg: kitchen towel, spare garbage bags, more than one room key etc. Our biggest issue was not having a full length mirror which is available in standard rooms, so be prepared if you’re travelling for...

「No breakfast was provided nor was there any food available on property! I paid for a ocean view got a garden view looking at construction. The balcony door wasn’t closing, bugs were in our ears all night and being bitten. The Ac was not working, the water wasn’t working,, when we got it working the water was freezing, the lights were not working Overall experience was terrible. Plus having a 3month old & 5 year old in these conditions is not ideal!」

「The staff and facility was excellent. The cost for the trip was 5000 plus CAD for 4 nights is ridiculously expensive for low season. Dinner meals alone cost me $1468 CAD just for dinner and is nothing special. In addition the weather was terrible and lots of seaweeds so no swimming at the hotel. 「My stay at windblow was very disappointing. I was booked from Feb 22 to 3/1 and left on Feb 23. The studio apartment had no draws, no nightstand, the sink in the bathroom was so tiny we ended up washing our faces in the kitchen sink because we would bump our heads trying to use bathroom sink.
