「The property is beautiful and the staff is very professional and helpful. Only complaint is that they close the dinner restaurant the first part of the week.」

「The Hotel Indigo Bridgetown was even better than my family and I could've hoped for. The staff is incredible and immediately make you feel at home. I have to give special recognition to the front desk staff who felt like friends by the end of our stay. The location is central to so many things. The pool and pool deck are super relaxing. If there is any negative, and this is being picky, but the food was fairly average for such an impressive hotel.」

It gets 4 1/2 because it has two elevators but only one was working the whole time we were here, good thing it wasn’t crowded so you’re not waiting for the elevators. The other downside is they had only one restaurant for Saturday night makes no sense. How do you have a Saturday night and you only have one restaurant for the whole resort again they did well crowd control wise, but it’s a Saturday night. It should not be only one...

「We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas...

「First the good… The properly is right off the beach which was lovely and the staff was kind and very professional. The staff helped make our trip a four star rather than a three star experience. Now the not so good… The food was just ok. There was also no food for snacking available in between scheduled mealtimes. And, the unacceptable.., During our stay we had a fire alarm go off at 4 am two nights in a row which immediately woke us up out of our sleep. The alarms lasted a few minutes...

「My wife and I stayed here for her 50th birthday week celebration. The Hotel was EXCELLENT. It surpassed my expectations. The property was clean, staff was super friendly, and the room was gorgeous (we stayed in the penthouse suite). I highly recommend this room as the balcony views are outstanding! Restaurant food and staff, and bar staff were great! The room service was regular and on top notch. We asked for a few different things (pillows, more coffee, etc) and they were on top of it. ...
