「Nice location. Beautiful views from adult pool area. Well appointed rooms (illy coffee and Molton Brown products). Staff is friendly but useless. Coffees ordered did not arrive, check in took long, they tried to upsell us on an “special offer” that was way above Expedia pricing. Also upon arrival there was no electricity in the room and later one of our bathrooms turned out to have no water. All was fixed quickly but I expect not to have to call for these basics at this price. An apology never...

「We loved our stay, the convenience of being able to borrow towels and parasols when heading to the beach at no extra cost was spectacular. The room was lovely and well decorated. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming - greeting you when entering and leaving. They were also very personable - we had many conversations even though I only speak a tiny bit of Spanish, my girlfriend speaks Spanish and said that they were always very polite when switching between languages to converse...
