「Very so so, the staff didn't have the room that I book for the first night and saying hotel.com didn't send the booking information early that they only receive the booking before I check-in 24 hours... So, they don't have the room I book and only give me a breakfast that I will never use, and the breakfast only cost Euro 5 that I book my room cost Euro 100 more than the standard room」

「Loved this hotel staff and the vibes!」

「Nice property with helpful staff. The room was small but clean and had a balcony. The beach is beautiful and can be reached via a long flight of stairs. However, there is no actual village nearby, with restaurants and shops for an evening stroll. I was able to park in the nearby parking area. A car is necessary if you want to explore the surrounding area.」

「I love this cute hotel and staff are very helpful and cheerful. Good hotel if you wanna explore San Antonio area and beaches! Close to bus station that can take you to many wonderful Cala! And very safe to walk night time」

「Check in experience is good as the staff is very responsible and speaks good English. The service is also flexible in providing early check in and late check out. Sea view room is very cool too. Housekeeping really brings the overall stay experience very mediocre, because: 1. the dishes and water glasses were not cleaned everyday. We stayed there 4 nites and have accumulated several dishes and glasses at the sink. 2. bed sheets were not made properly. 1st half is out of the mat...

「Overall great staff」

「Upgraded to a room in the new annex just across the road. Despite arriving 2 hours early for check-in, everything was ready and waiting. Beautiful room, spotlessly clean with that smell that, to me, means properly, deeply clean. Great rainfall shower. Small balcony with a view down the streets (no sea view from here - it's a 5 min walk). Very, very happy with the value for money and overall quality.」

「Great location.」

「Amazing !!! Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!!!」

「Hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Die Option des Gyms im Garten, die 2 Pools und die direkte Nähe zum Strandzugang waren wirklich perfekt!」
