「The hotel is still in soft opening however, the location, amenities and family friendly atmosphere is great. Still some kinks to work out (speediness of dish cleanup, speed of service in speciality restaurants) but I wouldn’t fault the staff, Some are still learning. You can get a Bolt to many attractions and the “experience team” is there to always lend a hand. We will be coming back」

「Situé à 15 kms de l aéroport dans le petit village de Santo Antonio da sera , idéal pour visiter l’île en voiture . Retour au calme après de bonnes journées de visites et rando , très bel hôtel , détente avec piscine intérieur spa , tout est très propre et agencé avec goût. Le personnel est très sympathique et le buffet déjeuner au top pour bien démarrer les journées. 」

「Loved everything about the Hotel. Very modern and clean. All the staff were amazing. The Pool and Bar on the Roof was a favourite spot. We had a problem with our Air Conditioner. Once we reported it the staff acted quickly and moved us to another floor. 」

「Having only stayed here for a brief period, arriving after midnight and departing in the morning, I must say the entire experience was truly delightful. The hotel, though rated as a three-star establishment, boasted a reception staff that provided a five-star level of service. The property itself was well-maintained, and the room was exceptionally spacious with lovely views. Furthermore, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was quite tasty.」
