"Overall, our stay at Barceló San José was okay. The hotel, rooms, and lobby were clean, and the staff was nice. However, the pool area could use better maintenance since there were a lot of leaves and debris, especially in the kiddie pool. The hotel also feels a bit outdated. Breakfast was just okay — it would be nice to have more variety and international food options for guests from different countries."

"Esta limpio te prestan servicio de traslado al aeropuerto, pero solicite la reservacion por una plataforma y cuando pedí que se me facturará me dijeron que no podían porque lo habia hecho a través de la plataforma. Sin embargo el hotel es el que presta el servicio de hospedaje y la solicitud se emitió a mi nombre."
