"Very clean and well appointed hotel. We loved the salt water pool and outdoor air hockey games. Free 24 hour coffee was a plus too! Probably the most convenient aspect was the 4am shuttle to the airport. Other hotels in the area don’t start their shuttles until 5:15 am. "

"Great spot- super clean. Only warning would be to double check the airport shuttle will actually be there- seems to be some communication issues. Or just take an Uber for less than $10 USD. "

"Staff not too nice. Front desk empty most of the time, nobody available, exterior doors open 24/7 meaning that unauthorized person can get in. Breakfast normal but served too late 8:00 am, some people need to leave hotel earlier . Room not great, old hotel, needs a lot of maintenance. My family and I did not feel comfortable. "

" Just what we needed to wrap up our trip and be conveniently close to the airport. The front desk and restaurant staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus, and the airport shuttle made everything easy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. "Arrived in the dark after delays at the car hire, popped across the road to a Tex Mex restaurant 2 minutes away which was excellent, and left shortly after breakfast to drive to La Fortuna so only the briefest of stays but hotel was clean, friendly, 2 large beds per room with an excellent pool area where breakfast was also served. Perfect for our stopover."
