"We stayed for one week, and honestly, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone considering it. I read the reviews before arriving and thought they might be exaggerated, but unfortunately they were not. The staff service was poor, there was mold in the bathroom, and we were even given the wrong room at first. The food was so bad that I actually got sick and couldn’t eat for two days. Making restaurant reservations on your own is almost impossible because the front desk is not helpful at all. Guests wake up as early as 4 a.m. to place towels and personal belongings on the pool chairs to reserve them, so good luck finding one later in the day. There is also only one pool bar with a single bartender. We ended up eating out for almost every meal. For us, this was a one-time experience—never again."

"This hotel was spectacular and steps away from the center of the Art District. In fact you could see La plaza from our room. The room was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen which allowed us to cook when we wanted. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and there were even bikes available on loan. We loved staying in this area of town - so beautiful, especially at night when the streets were lit up with strung lights. So magical!"

"This place was so much fun! The only thing that was really hard was the luggage situation. They do not have elevators, there are a lot of stairs. They help you get the luggage to your room but had a terrible time getting someone to help me the day we checked out! We had 2 large luggages and as I was asking from my room I asked to different employees if they could help me and both said no I need to go to the front desk (up a bunch of stairs) as they were just standing there talking! A minor inconvenience for a beautiful beach and comfortable rooms. "

"It has 3 complete Bathrooms and 4 big bedrooms, it’s very Clean, walkable to downtown, 3 nice terraces Kitchen, living room and table Fresh filtered water"

"No issues with the property and staff. My main issue is guests claiming beds early in the morning and not using them till 10 or 11. This should not be allowed to happen. Everyday the best beds were taken...usually just a hat placed on the bed. Not good."
