「Clean place with helpful staff. It was a good place to crash for the nights」

「The floors & upholstered chairs were stained. The air conditioner was difficult to turn on/off. The "Senior " room's bathroom door had the veneer rubbed off, the toilet tank lid was broken, the shower chair was old & had brown spots all over it. It had 4 legs but only three touched the floor. The toilet was low, it did have a grab bar. The tub was high & difficult to lift leg over it. The mattress looked new but it still had the plastic on it & everytime you moved it made crackling sounds. The...

「The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel was undergoing some updating but there was little noise during the stay. Breakfast was both hot and cold offerings and was good.」

「Where do I start? The first room was so dirty, I was able to smear my finger through the sticky cup rings left by the prior occupant. There was still garbage left stuffed behind the cushions, the door lock was broken. I requested a replacement room and was handed another room with broken door locks. The bed looked like someone slept in it. I tried to request another but the person in front of me had bigger issues and there was no rooms left for replacement. I told the house keep, I would...
