"This hotel is a absolute gem centrally located in Casco Viejo, Bilbao. I recommend it highly based on my nine day stay at this hotel. The front desk staff are wonderful. Always willing to hep with a smile. We choose the daily breakfast option which was served daily at the attached Ola restaurant. Breakfast was wonderful and served daily by their professional staff. If my wife and I visit Bilbao again, we will definitely stay at this hotel."
