"Reasonably close to shopping precinct"

"The hotel was fine just very expensive for what it was (£200 a night). However, understandable as F1 GP was in town which we hadnt realised when booking. Reasonable location 5 minutes walk from tram which took 15 mins to centre. Turn left and left again out of front door for vibrant dining areas "

"I stayed here for the F1 weekend with some friends and unfortunately our experience didn’t match the expectations set by the price or the photos online. At $739 per night,I expected more, the room was quite small and did not resemble the advertised pictures. The overall cleanliness was also disappointing. While the towels were changed during my stay, the bed itself was not made, which added to the impression that the room hadn’t been properly serviced. For the price being charged, I would have expected a much higher level of presentation, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Hopefully the hotel can improve these areas, as the current experience does not justify the nightly rate."
